Certified Organic Nitrate Free Bacon - free from all chemicals, pesticides, and nitrates. Naturally cured certified organic bacon pork loin is used, the flavours are more mild, the crispness is however the same and significantly healthier.

This product is very difficult to source as only a very very small amount is available and because using organic methods to make bacon becomes quite expensive compared to 'conventional' super large scale operations using chemicals.

Beautiful soft and mild tasting bacon, ideal for fun breakfasts, pasta and homemade pizza's.
