Krinklewood Winery in Australia produces fine quality wines using biodynamic organic principles - the focus is on the soil quality producing the finest natural flavours to the grapes, no chemicals and no sulphites added.

Description

Pale straw in colour, this beautiful wine displays enticing aromas of nashi pear, citrus blossom and stone fruit that carry through onto the palate and are well integrated with subtle French oak characteristics. Light to medium bodied, firm through the middle palate with a salivating finish and cool minerality, this is quite a captivating wine.

Winemaking Notes

This wine is a combination of Krinklewood’s trademark biodynamic whites –Semillon, Chardonnay and Verdelho - and gives an all-encompassing true reflection of Krinklewood terroir in one field blend wine. This vintage all three varieties were fermented separately with natural yeast and matured in a combination of 1 year and 3 year French puncheons. This wine is classic, elegant and engaging like the last vintage but with a little more oak character.
