Choy sum (aka choi sum, chinese flowering cabbage), is a leafy green stir-fry vegetable that's kind of like a cross between bok choy and rapini. It is one of those irresistible leafy green dishes, when steamed and served with garlic, or oyster sauce you just cannot stop at one.

Wayne & Tash are 5th generation Market Gardeners located in Baxter on the Mornington Peninsula. Their amazing produce is grown organically and is picked fresh the evening before being sent to us for loading same day on a flight out of Melbourne, it is then available on pickup to be in your kitchen within 24 hours of that each Wednesday.
